Return Process

  Log into your 1shopstop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our centralized processing warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
